The plural form of mongoose is mongooses. In English language, most singular nouns simply add "s" or "es" to the end to become plural. However, there are always exceptions and special rules — just one of the reasons why English is such a fascinating language! For instance, the word "mongoose" does not follow the same rule as "goose" with its plural "geese". Instead, "mongoose" simply adds an "s" at the end to become "mongooses". So next time you spot more than one of these creatures, you can correctly say "Look at those mongooses!"
