The plural word for mosquito is "mosquitoes". This is one instance where English is borrowing from Spanish, but adding that English 'es' at the end for plurals. Despite "mosquito" being a Spanish word, in English we apply English rules to make it a plural. Interestingly, other words ending in 'o' such as "kilo" and "photo", merely add an 's' not 'es'. Language does a funny thing, it doesn't always follow the rules, even the rules it makes up itself!
