Actually, the word "software" is an uncountable noun, so it doesn't have a plural form. It refers to the programs and other operating kit that a computer or system uses. Just like other uncountable nouns such as "milk", "rice", or "information", we don't say "softwares." If you want to talk about numerous different types of software, you can say "pieces of software" or "types of software."
